Message When the plates are closed, there won't be any air entering the manifold. Also, there shouldn't be any injector pulse when no throttle is given, until it reaches idle. You're stating that the additional air read by the maf that the turbos injest to downspool due to the air that the BOVs blow out (instead of recirculate) is metered and causes more fuel to be injected, but why would that happen when there is no throttle applied?
